This year Spaceframe is celebrating 30 years in China as a designer & constructor. Still one of only a handful of foreign design & construction companies that are able to provide a complete statutory compliant 'one-stop' service under our own Ministry of Construction Qualifications in China, we have successfully completed several hundred construction projects across the Greater China region. Our clients are from a variety of sectors, diverse as we are and include both international brands and local SOE's.Since our first project in Dalian in 1984, our projects have included Manufacturing, Agriculture, Pharmaceutical, Education, Mining, Automotive, Logistics, Cold Storage, Food Processing, Modular Housing, Export and also a variety of Heavy & Light Industrial industries. With offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Changsha, and over 150 construction professionals, designers & engineers, including a list of ongoing repeat clients, Spaceframe China continue to look at new sectors and are able to compete on local terms without compromising on our fundamental requirements of Safety, Quality, Cost & Schedule. We are able to provide a variety of flexible project execution paths to suit our clients needs, from Front End Engineering & Design (FEED), or Pre-Construction Services (demarcating at agreed milestones) or, alternately we are able to provide Design & Construct or EPC services, Pre-Engineered Buildings or act as a General Contractor.
