SPACE+MATTER provides the full range of design, architectural and construction services for the complete renovation/construction of an entire building and its grounds, to the sourcing and supply of furniture and fixtures for a single space.There are three ways in which we can assist you with your project:1. As a "turnkey" operation taking responsibility for all aspects of architecture, interior design, construction & fit out - from inception to completion – this is something we have developed and we feel is unique to us; 2. As a traditional arrangement where we provide lead design and consultancy services, manage the tendering and appointment process and act as contract administrators where you appoint a "main contractor" to execute the works; or 3. As a Design Consultancy working for you with your appointed team.We have developed a very strong design/construction interface allowing striking design ideas to be realised so that every project is bespoke.We are able to offer ourselves as a single point of contact for the design and execution of the work, where both factors are considered equally from the outset and throughout with full integration between them. This is a key distinction of our approach as the design and build responsibilities are typically separated.
