We feel that practising yoga should be simple, traditional and natural.Traditional: We believe in the wisdom of traditional yogic practices and in the importance of sharing that knowledge with our students in an easy to understand manner.Simple: Yoga is meant to be a physically and mentally enriching practice. Our teachers design their classes with the needs of the students in mind. Students are taught poses in simple, gentle progressions so that their bodies gradually grow in strength and flexibility and are not injured in the process.Natural: We don't require our students to use any special equipment or props all that is required is an open mind and a willingness to learn.Our approach to yoga is meant to support your spiritual growth, not just your physical well-being. We offer the guidance you need to learn yoga in a safe and enjoyable way so that you benefit in all areas: body, mind and soul.
