The S.P.A.R.K. team supports organizations to align their equity goals with their core values, systems, and strategies with intentionality–in order to have maximal impact with sustained results. S.P.A.R.K. content emphasizes the importance of critical self-reflection, creating culturally conscious conditions, leading with integrity, and communicating with awareness of blindspots and biases at every level of the system. The CEO and Project Lead, Rachel V Rosen, is a seasoned facilitator, speaker, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) practitioner who partners with educational institutions and leadership teams committed to holding a vision for equity coherence in their system. With a Masters from Stanford, as well as extensive training in leadership and organizational development, Rachel has supported organizations, teams, and communities to come together across racial, gender, sexual identity differences, and cultural differences—engaging in complex conversations—for years.
