SPARk Loans brings together the talents of industry experts with over 60 years of mortgage lending experience. Strategically and creatively, the principals of SPARk Loans have created a Seller Based Financing platform and other loan products enabling project developers and owners to creatively divest themselves of hard to sell product, while at the same time creating additional revenue streams, profit opportunities and collateral. We specifically look for opportunities to create seller based lending models primarily for condo-hotels and/or non-warrantable condos. In today's lending climate, financing for this type of project is limited or non-existent. SPARk creates an environment which allows developers to sell their units at the desired price points without compromising the integrity of their investment.
