Sparkrelief is a non profit disaster relief organization. We crowdsource disaster relief using an internet platform designed to immediately improve the lives of those affected by disaster. We develop our platform in Boulder, Colorado and empower communities worldwide to provide food, shelter, goods and services to victims of natural disaster.Our diverse team is dedicated to the common goal of significantly improving victims lives after natural disaster.Our StorySparkrelief rose from the ashes of the most devastating wildfire in Colorado history. Brothers Eli and Marshall Hayes spearheaded the effort to provide a centralized web forum that connected volunteers offering shelter, goods, and services to victims in desperate need of help. Nearly 1,000 offers of help were posted in less than 10 days. This response demonstrated the success of a community driven disaster relief effort. To replicate the success, Eli decided to launch Sparkrelief.org, a non-profit organization designed to scale community driven disaster relief globally.
