Our mission: Supporting exceptional children and families toward a successful future.\\Spaulding Youth Center, a private 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is a leading provider of high-quality educational, residential, therapeutic, community-based and foster care programs and services for children and youth with neurological, emotional, behavioral, learning or developmental challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.\\Our collaborative team of experts delivers individually-tailored services to children and families with a variety of needs. These services are provided where they are needed most, through the Spaulding Youth Center School, residential program, clinical services, community-based services and foster care programs. Each day, we strive to provide meaningful experiences to the individuals we serve with the goal of increasing skills for independence and active learning across the lifespan. Beyond our campus, we partner with outside members of each child's support team to ensure their progress is lasting. The Spaulding Youth Center community actively balances a focus on each child's right to a childhood, while working to ensure that children and families have the skills to enjoy a bright future.\\Our highly-trained, experienced and compassionate professional staff shares a commitment to excellence in providing quality services to children and youth and to measuring and evaluating outcomes for continuous improvement.
