Want to learn how to comply with the NEW Spill Prevention Contain Countermeasure Plans (SPCC) requirements enforced by the EPA? My Why for helping the farmer with an SPCC Plan comes from my 10 years of "Agriculture Non-UL Tanks (AG Tank)" sales to farmers. I had heard about the SPCC rule all those years, but I also heard that it was not in effect yet (incorrect), so I had no interest in finding out what was entailed. Then my wife and I drove through a blizzard to Missoula, MT to attend a lecture on SPCC and I learned that I had been selling a liability to farmers instead of an "AG Tank". I decided to see if I could right some wrongs by putting together a "Virtual" lecture on the SPCC Plan and consult with farmers across the nation though the technical tools now available: GPS, Smart Phones, Screen Sharing, Email, Internet, etc.
