We are the Society of Petroleum Engineers Benin Section 116SPE is a huge non-profit international organisation, with thousands of members in Nigeria, each of whom is affiliated to one of four Nigerian Sections in Benin, Abuja, Lagos, PortHarcourt and Warri. SPE Benin was established on the 18th of June 1990 as the 116th section of SPEi section. SPE Benin is focused at providing professional environment for members, engineers, scientists, educators, managers, organisations and other professionals in the upstream segment of the oil and gas industry in Benin and its surrounding.Our MissionTo collect, disseminate, and exchange technical knowledge concerning the exploration, development and production of oil and gas resources and related technologies for the public benefit; and to provide opportunities for professionals to enhance their technical and professional competence.Our VisionAdvance the oil and gas community's ability to meet the world's energy demands in a safe, environmentally responsible, and sustainable manner.
