Specbuilt is owned and operated by local Adelaide builder, Shane Shepherdson. Shane started out as a sole trader focusing on maintenance work and over the last 18 years has grown and developed to produce quality renovations, refurbishments, new builds and maintenance; with a team of skilled trades people committed to quality and work health safety. Over the past eight years Shane has built strong relationships within the Lutheran Church of Australia community founded on honesty, integrity and cooperation. Specbuilt now specialises in residential and commercial construction specifically focusing on projects within the Adelaide Aged Care Facilities.
