Specialised Security Shredding (SSS) provides a secure, safe & accredited destruction service. Confidential waste (Paper, CD's, Hard Drives etc) is deposited by customers into a range of on-site boxes or fully secure (locked) bins. Containers are collected as required by our customers and securely transported by SSS to our destruction facility. Material is destroyed through a multiple cutter shredding process and then transported directly to a paper mill for recycling.SSS is a family owned West Australian business founded in 1994. We have over 20 years of experience in the destruction of sensitive documents and computer media.ServicesWe hold Commonwealth Accreditation to the level of ‘Top Secret' for the destruction of paper based records and computer ICT media. We offer the following services listed below:* Document destruction services for documents (paper based)* Data destruction services for computer media (CDs, DVDs, microfiche, credit cards, x-rays, and video tapes)* Destruction of miscellaneous items such as company uniforms, defective products and merchandise.* Paper recycling.We operate management systems for Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment which are aligned to AS/NZS ISO9001:2008, AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004 and AS/NZS 4801:2001.SecurityWe securely transport material to a secure document destruction facility which operates under strict security guidelines. We make certain safe and secure procedures are applied to your document destruction and computer media. Material recieved is shredded within 48 hours of collection.Documents received are kept confidential and we ensure our service to our customers is 100% security assured and fully compliant with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1998 (Privacy Act).
