Speedwell Settlement Services Ltd is a subsidiary of Speedwell Associates Ltd. The Speedwell group has been involved in the climate risk market since 1999.For the past decade Speedwell has provided the data used to settle parametric climate risk contracts –"Settlement Data" for both OTC weather transactions as well as exchange-listed contracts.
