Spektar USA LLC /Spektar D.o.o, is a high quality manufacturer of high and medium barrier shrink material. Our new addition to our product offering is our breathable shrink bags and shrink film for the cheese market. We use a unique process that enhances the barrier properties, puncture resistance, and material stability. This process allows our materials to perform much better at thinner gauges, which, in turn, provides a better solution for our customers to reduce their packaging material waste, which is normally is discarded into a land fill. Our materials are not made with any PVDC, providing a "Greener" packaging solution as compared to many other shrink bag manufacturers. Spektar's materials are used to package fresh and processed proteins, specialty cheese, poultry, breads, and seafood. We manufacture our materials in plain and printed, with and w/o tape, in boxes or on reels, with standard and specialty seals configurations. In addition, our pre-made bags run very well on Cryovac 8600 systems, 8490 systems, plus on many other vacuum chamber systems, including Multivac B-series. Spektar, also manufacturers printed and plain shrink films which runs on many different HFFS MAP systems, which are used to package pizza and crust, e.g. PFM HFFS. These materials also runs on many vacuum thermo-formers and tray sealer to seal high barrier pre-made trays, e.i. Multivac T-400.
