We inspect condos, townhouses, new construction, old construction, and multiplexes to provide you with the information you need, when you need it.We use professional grade tools and techniques such as moisture meters and infra-red cameras to help detect issues that are relevant to the home's health. All of our standard home inspections are performed to the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). We include a free structural pest inspection as part of our standard home inspection and will include notes about these issues in your home inspection report. We also can provide a stand alone structural pest inspection report for an additional fee, if your lender asks that findings be placed on a special structural pest inspection reporting form that some banks, FHA, & VA can require.The 14 major components inspected and reported on during the course of our standard home inspection include the: lots and grounds, exterior surface and components, roof, electrical system, structure, attic, crawl space, heating system, plumbing system, bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, living space, and laundry room/area. These items are examined for material defects that would significantly affect the value, desirability, or safety of the home.We are available for inspections seven days a week as most real estate contracts will only provide you with a 7-10 day home inspection contingency clause.
