Faisal also invests personally in PropTech start-ups alongside Pi Labs, a platform he founded in 2014, which is now Europe's leading PropTech focused venture capital firm. Through Spire, Faisal and his co-investors invest start-up capital, working capital, growth capital, buyout capital, and can be flexible, depending on the situation. Set up in 2010 by entrepreneur Faisal Butt, Spire has established itself as a focused investment house with a depth of expertise and networks in the property sector.
