I consult with organizations to help them re-invent and design mentoring programs to increase their diversity and leadership goals and tap into their talent's greatest potential through the power of mentoring. By increasing employee engagement and satisfaction, organizations experience greater loyalty, less turnover, and less resource-drain. I do this by building customized processes through: consulting; coaching; workshops with Human Resources or Talent departments to build mentoring programs for the organization; workshops with team members to learn new skills and practices to improve new or existing relationships; keynote talks followed by breakout sessions.
