SPJ Education Systems manages, markets, and licences a learning system called the DTUCS™ (pronounced like "detox") which stands for Ding The Universe Canadian [learning] System. The name was derived from one of Steve Jobs' interviews when he exclaimed that the purpose of life is "to make a ding in the universe". To help our young learners to make their ding in the universe, they are immersed in DTUCS™ learning process which combines the best of what makes Canadian learners outcome so successful with other well-known learning pedagogies such as Reggio Emilia, Teaching For Mastery, and BC's New Curriculum. Finishing DTUCS™ full-time program will result in learners being equipped with important 21st century skills such as design-thinking, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
