SPL DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC PAST EXPERIENCE SPL Development Group has been involved in the development, construction and management of affordable rental housing, assisted living and active adult communities since 1988. Working with SK Properties from 1988 until 2000, we developed a total of 35 complexes representing over 2,000 rental units. Since 2000, we have developed, built and sold more than $35 million dollars of active adult condominium units. Being a turnkey developer has taught us much over the years. Having developed and constructed over $100 million dollars of affordable elderly and assisted living units has enabled us to focus on attractive design as well as cost containment resulting in properties that are assets to the community.
