Splan is a software service leveraging an optimisation-as-a-service framework to solve complex on call planning problems. Splan mainly develops software for on-call schedules for the medical sector. We allow members of the planning to input their preferences in an online webtool. Splan solves the planning problem and means a major reduction of time spending on planning. We simplify planning greatly.Splan specially developed his webtool for on call planning problems for medical staff. It allows members of the planning to input their desireata. It generates the perfect planning scheme by just one click on the button en saves plenty of time for the planner.First the planner creates in just a couple of minutes the planning schedule for a certain timerange. Once created members receive an e-mail with the request to put in their preferred on cally duties and holidays in Splan.After the input Splan is automaticly solving the planning problem and hence saving time again.The planner don't has collect all the data and make the planning puzzle. The member are able to see directly their planning schedule once every member put in his desireata in Splan. It makes the planning progress much faster, easier and correct.
