Our flagship service is the Splunk "Tune-Up" where one of our engineers brings our proprietary app to your Splunk clusters in order to show you all of the things that are broken or abusive which are causing your cluster to have degraded performance. With your approval, we then work with you to implement repairs and counter-measures to prevent recurrences.
