Our ClassesWith two studios and a spin room our weekly schedule of 50+ multi-level classes will include Indoor cycling , cardio boxing, yoga, pilates, Strength training, mixed cardio, TRX and Barre.TherapiesOur treatment room is a beautifully zen space offering an incredibly diverse range of treatments with our unique 360 approach to overall wellbeing. Soothe the body with a range of deep work massage and Gazelli facials, clear and relax the mind with sonic sound experiences and tackle your nutrition with Biohacking programs.Natural KitchenOur health food kitchen serves a selection of drinks including nutritionally designed smoothies + Monmouth coffee favourites such as our Charcoal Latte + Iced Espresso, all topped off with super boosters like MCT oil. Our food range celebrates seasonal vegetables with salads, stews, soups alongside healthy snacks for a post-workout pick-me-up. ShopOur in-studio boutique features some of our favourite British + International brands in fitness apparel, wellness + beauty products and fitness equipment. We choose to work with brands that are bold in their design, natural, innovative in their creations and empowering in their messaging. SPN is the ‘go to' space for a positive body and mind.The brainchild of entrepreneur Jaime Cooke, SPN believes that wellness environments should be non-intimidating and accessible and we have invested a lot of time to get this right at SPN. We help our clients make healthy lifestyle choices on their fitness journeys and make positive changes to their body and mind. We have two studios in Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells, and looking to expand into the southeast.
