About Spogmai Radio Spogmai Radio is an impartial radio station which broadcasts its programmes from capital Kabul city 24/7, starting at 7:00 o clock in the morning till 7:00 o clock in the evening on (102.8) FM and from 7:00 p.m. till 7:00 a.m. on (102.2) FM. Besides Kabul city, this radio can be listened to in some areas of a number other provinces including Kandahar, Wardak, Logar, Kapisa and Parwan. This radio was established in 2009 and was welcomed by a wide range of audience in short period of time.
