Sports Active Coaching is passionate about sport and offers a wide range of programmes to keep people healthy in body and mind. We have an emphasis on improving sporting technique, creating awareness of the importance of health and nutrition and also enhancing the personality and up skilling young people. Sports Active Coaching deliver the following types of programmes:SCHOOLSIn these sessions we offer PPA cover, CPD training, Inset day training in all sports and Enrichment programmes. During these sessions we are looking to improve the personality as well as the technique of the individual. We do this by using the growth mindset and being the best you can be. This allows us to work on resilience, team work and leadership skills for example. We also offer clubs which are morning, lunch and after school. Further to this we also offer breakfast and after school care provision.SOCIAL INCLUSIONThese sessions use sport as a hook to get young people between the ages of 11-24 years old interested in our programmes. Once we engage the young people we look to up skill them by putting them on courses and giving them the opportunity to join our volunteer programme. FOOTBALL SESSIONS (SATURDAY SOCCER CLUB/ DEVELOPMENT CENTRE)We deliver a club which is action packed with lots of fun, competitive, exciting and progressive sessions which keep all children of any sex or ability active and entertained. The aim of the development centre is to offer players an opportunity to improve their individual skills, technical ability and game understanding within a professional coaching environment while undertaking an academy styled training programme.HALF TERM CAMPSThese camps are multi-sports or football based and are FUN, EXCITING and ACTION PACKED with lots of skills, drills, games, competitions and prizes to be won.If you are interested as a Participant, Parent, Coach, Teacher, School or Other Organisation please get in touch for further details.
