Launched in 2003, SpotShare.com CREATES condo guest parking by allowing residents to request and donate their reserved parking spots. Guests stay safe and dry by parking in the resident's parking garage. Residents save $1,000s a month in parking costs, with some condos sharing 3000 - 5000 hours per month. There is no software to install, and service is free for residents. (The condo association pays a fee amounting to pennies per hour for parking.) Best of all, it requires zero work by building managers.
