What is SpotSkill.?- With recruitment as well as job hunt getting tougher and tougher due to the pandemic, we are launching our portal for companies who are actively hiring and candidates who are actively looking to connect them much faster.How is it better than other portals.?- After trying out all the other portals, we found out that the focus of most of the job portals is mainly to collect as much candidates as possible without looking up the quality on the employer's side. We are here to balance that. We will be making sure that the employers are also actively responding to the job requests.Will we be forcing the employers to hire.?- Although there are many reasons for the employers for not hiring candidates, all we want is to make sure that the jobs which are active on the portal are the ones which are continuously being noticed by the employers.Can you expect any future improvements.?- We are just starting and there are miles to go even before we consider ourselves a successful portal for jobs and hiring.
