Spring Haney, Inc. was founded in 2011 by Crystal Spring Haney and Mark Haney to service areas that they believed were not wholly addressed by the current consulting community: Wellness and Maritime. The company has now expanded into web development and graphic design.In a global and fluid, digital age, we offer the ability to contact a trainer who will: set you up in our system, define reasonable goals and expectations with you, complete a body composition and nutrition plan, create workout plans for you (available online at any time), explain the workouts and provide documents to help you, discuss each workout after its completion, adjust your plans, and reach your goals through interconnected media.
