Our practice offers virtual and local physiotherapy services. We offer a range of services to treat men and women of all ages whether it is a sports injury, post surgery or a long standing condition. We are particularly proud of the specialist women's health physiotherapy services we provide, serving women from pregnancy right through to post menopause. We recognise that women's health is still a "taboo" area of health and seek to improve awareness through running regular workshops. These can be geared to the particular needs or an organisation whether it is a community group, gym or corporate organisation. Our workshops aim to empower women to understand and preserve their pelvic health, for life.
