Our mission is to build intentional housing in Nashville as an option for independent living for adults with mild developmental disabilities.Our vision is to construct an apartment building with 12 individual apartments. Each apartment will open into a common area to promote community and social interaction. A resident manager on staff will offer support when needed and oversee this surrogate family.Our target population is adults with developmental disabilities who have cognitive abilities above the intellectually disabled range. We are continuing fundraising efforts while we actively seek land acquisition to build the flagship Springboard Landings building.Springboard Landings is a certified tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2010.
