Sprouted Minds manufactures Certified Organic and Certified Gluten-Free refrigerated nutrition bars of uncompromising quality with a goal of promoting environmental sustainability, closed looped-production, supporting Free-Trade, and promoting living-wages for all employees. We've combined our nutritional principles and athletic experience to deliver delicious, fresh, and raw products to ensure athletic performance and lifelong health to our customers. Our bars are comprised of 100% raw ingredients, including sprouted grains and superfoods, we use no refined sweeteners, unhealthy oils, or preservatives. Since the dried fruits we use are naturally sweet we use Himalayan pink salt to enhance the sweetness found from within the fruits themselves. The reason our bars require refrigeration is due to adding cold-brewed Tulsi tea to the mix. This rehydrates the dried fruits, adds a fresh taste and texture, and also supplies Ayurvedic health properties from the tea leaves. The bars will last up to three months in the fridge from date of production.
