Our Mission is support local businesses who embrace and support the hiring of individuals with developmental disabilities. In essence, if businesses support our community, Square One will support your business with the training and support needed to employ a yet untapped and underutilized work force.Square One is a non-profit 501 (C) (3) company located in metro Phoenix. The unemployment rate for individuals with developmental disabilities is nearly 90%. Square One has been created with the vision of providing opportunities for capable adults with disabilities such as autism to receive job/vocational training and the support needed in order to become successful in the work place.
