That is why Squeeky Clean emphasis is on supervisors and their effective deployment in the field. A building must be properly supervised in order for the cleaning service to meet it's full potential. Building Managers should not have to constantly remind the cleaning staff of routine requirements. This is where we utilize our strong managers to visit each building on a random basis to insure cleaning specifications are adhered to. As more and more newer materials are used in building interior design, we are constantly searching for better cleaning materials and processes to help us do a thorough job and avoid the pitfalls of time saver products verses reliable people and safety. We use products that are in sync with the environment as they actually reduce our expenses and make the customer enjoy a more carefree work environment. We strive to assure our clients will never need to call us to say they need extra special attention for a corporate conference as our service is extra thorough all the time. We know there is no worse situation than to have a corporate VIP visit only to find there are no paper towels in the restroom dispenser to dry their hands. A secure building is important to anyone. This is why the staff of Squeeky Clean are expected to wear uniforms and photo identification while on duty, so our client know who, where and why we are in your building at all times. And we know our ability to do the same job more effectively, at a lower fee than our larger competitors is possible through the use of more automated equipment, such as auto scrubbers and carpet cleaning machines.
