At Squirl Financial, we are developing solutions with the intent of increasing accessibility to financial markets for the next generation of investors using a detailed, analytical approach. Investing in today's market is challenging. Squirl wants to change that. Our mission is to develop a revolutionary algorithmic trading platform to automate financial markets and enable users to enhance their trading skills through insightful market analytics. We are currently creating a tools platform to provide the data necessary and educate traders regardless of investing experience on how to best understand current market dynamics. However, our long-term goal is to increase accessibility to investing by creating an automated robo-advisor that we plan to trade with options and other financial instruments through day and swing trades to yield higher returns that is tailored to an individual users' risk profile.As a firm founded by a team of college students, we've noticed that between age groups there is a significant gap in the knowledge and understanding necessary to excel in the stock market, or even just to make smart financial decisions overall. Consequently, there are few young adults who have planned money management past their checking or savings accounts. Therefore, we are planning to create a mobile app that would connect with our trading platform and easily allow for users to interact with their accounts. Through these services, we can provide financial freedom to our users by yielding compounding returns without the need to worry about the details of managing or investing their money themselves.
