The facility houses hi-class sophisticated manufacturing machines for Vulcanization using UHF-curing, Injection and Transfer and Compression-molding for Corner Joints and other molded products. We have all the arrangements for specific ancillary services like Compounding, Tool-designing, Product-development etc. We manufacture Automotive Wind-shield Rubber-profiles, Co-extrusions, Flock Channels, Cellular/Sponge Profiles in all shapes and sizes. We also excel in manufacturing Molded Parts with Injection and Transfer and Compression-Molds. We specialise in all types of Rubber Compound. Fire Retardant EPDM Rubber Profiles and Rubber Compound. A proud member of SEMA and AAIA, Our in-house Testing Lab is outfitted with Rheometer, Tensile Testing, Heating Oven, Muffle Furnace, Compression Set etc. Specific Gravity and Computerization Techniques are performed here with the due diligence to make sure that every ultimate product becomes superlative on the desired parameters of excellence and exact requirement.A swift and timely delivery of the products to the clients has been our strong point.
