SRC Global Assignment Consulting was set up to provide International Relocation / Assignment and Mobility Management Consulting services to all sizes of Corporate organisation with globally mobile employees.The specialist areas SRCGAC has experience in and now offers to corporate clients at every stage of the Global Assignment Lifecycle include:• Assignment Planning and Preparation – poor planning and preparation leads to last minute hold-ups, expensive reactive decisions, and potentially unproductive time. These can be avoided as I ensure thorough planning is undertaken; from potential assignee selection to successful reintegration on completion of the assignment.• Service Provider Liaison – there are multiple providers to organise, from immigration and tax, to moving services and destination service providers. I identify what is required, source providers and manage their delivery on behalf of the client.• Family Liaison – the partner and children benefit from having an experienced point of contact to guide them through domestic arrangements, school selection, work opportunities and more. My support is invaluable to the family and significantly reduces the impact on the executive and the HR department, while ensuring the assignee focuses on business needs.• Intercultural Training – having an understanding of the new culture leads to a smoother settling in, both professionally and domestically.
