SRL Loudspeakers was founded in 2017 by Chris Lambert and his father Thomas Lambert. The company was founded on custom wood working principles that date back decades. SRL deviates from the rest of the professional audio market by sole utilizing special materials such as Baltic birtch plywood. We use very minimal mechanical fasteners to join the wood panels together and instead take the more labor intensive approach of joining all panels with wood glue and beachwood biscuits. This method while time consuming, actually provides a stronger bond and creates less chance for resonant frequencies from loose screws, staples, and brad pins. All speakers are sourced through Eminence directly and are installed in cabinets using six (6) prong, heavy duty T-nuts and grade 8 SHCS. SRL strives to custom tailor each project to the end user's requirements rather than providing a cookie-cutter product line that only partially fits the user's needs. To stress the point again, each cabinet is engineered to the customer's needs, hand crafted in Ohio, and personally installed by SRL staff (if local). SRL is capable of turn-key installations which include all necessary amplification, mixing, DSP, and networking by means of Ashly Audio INC.
