The St. Augustine Shipyard is a full-service concierge marina with the capacity of 300 dry/indoor storage spaces for boats of various sizes up to 42' and will also have in-water boat slips for boats up to 100' available. The Shipyard will have ½ mile of boardwalk, two 10k gallon fuel tanks, showers and restrooms with an after-hours code, a fish cleaning station, boat wash station, boat rental company, ship store and tackle shop as well as on-site boat service bays. There is a hotel planned, five restaurants, an event center, amphitheater, children's museum as well as 100,000 square feet of retail space. We are located on the San Sebastian River, giving easy access to the St. Johns River and the ocean [a short 15 minute boat ride to the inlet/access to the ocean]. Directions by boat: St. Augustine Inlet, South to San Sebastian River, West to Marker 20, address by land: 117 Dockside Drive, St. Augustine, FL 32084. There is plenty of parking available and we are a pet-friendly! We are conveniently located off of US1, minutes from the city, with major retail and grocery stores nearby, including a West Marine and Dunkin Donuts and other local restaurants, as well as gas stations, veterinary office with pet boarding available. The St. Augustine Shipyard will become a place to bring your whole family to enjoy the day.
