Back in 2002 Lawrence "Larry" Jensen was running a successful construction company and had just entered the Modular Home construction market when a motorcycle accident would cause him to change directions. During his recovery he had the opportunity to witness first hand, a day in the life of a real estate agent. His passion for construction and home building remained high, but he was unable to be as hands on in the construction business as he was before. In 2003 he decided to jump head first into the real estate business. His passion for construction and being a self driven business profession proved to be a recipe for success and by March 2006 he had already earned his Brokers License. On April 14th, 2006 St. Lawrence Properties, LLC was launched in Westchester County, New York.
