BIM Roadmap DesignWe help clients to develop BIM Roadmap document for the purposes of defining their route to BIM implementation. We have experience developing BIM Roadmaps, strategies and visions with a wide range of organisations from designers and contractors through to ministries and other government departments.Our procedure for building a roadmap is to work in partnership with your team to understand all the goals and objectives for BIM, both in the short and long term. We achieve this through detailed research of any existing documentation along with a series of workshops specifically designed to pull out and identify the major milestones of the project. These methodologies are tried and tested globally and backed by international standards for BIM.As part of the review stage of the roadmap we would also carry out a gap analysis of the organization's current level of BIM adoption to identify what level this is at and where it sits in relation to international best practices.
