Stacked Hospitality's newest location, Andre's Bistro & Bar returns André Rochat's legacy to it's roots by becoming his first neighborhood restaurant opening since the debut of his eponymous, groundbreaking restaurant in 1980 in Downtown Las Vegas. Andre's Bistro & Bar blends French Bistro and American Tavern cuisine for dinner, happy hour and weekend brunch—all served in an intimate, neighborhood setting. Andre's Bistro & Bar couple the world of classic culinary techniques with the social dining expectations of the modern diner. Our Chefs have sourced the finest American ingredients and attend to every culinary detail with fundamental fine culinary techniques. To some, a great meal may be the fine quality of the food; to others it may be the superb wine selection or excellent service.
