Stafits focuses on empowering employers by offering a Wellness plan that every employee wants. Our wellness program provides staff with relaxation, leisure and travel benefits. That can be tailored to suit every individual need. Thus helping employers attract and retain staff while increasing morale and motivation within the company.Founded in 2016 as a solution for our own employees, it quickly started expanding by word of mouth to companies beyond our immediate network. Realizing we needed a more robust solution e started developing a platform to manage, engage and administer our wellness benefits. Hiring a small and very talented development team catapulted us from a self-managed wellness benefit solution to a proprietary software that is continuously growing to give our users customization options. We pride ourselves on being able to tailor a solution to every client, depending on size, goals, and culture.November 2017 is when we officially launched Stafits.We are very fortunate to work with a group of employers and companies who really care and focus on the well being of their staff. Not all companies that care about the wellness of the employees is a Stafits client. But every Stafits client is very focused on the wellness of their most important asset, their employees.
