Stage 3 Fitness is a privately owned group based personal training facility located in Suwanee, GA. Our purpose is to permanently enhance quality of life through fitness, education and support. With a strong community and experienced trainers we have seen huge success in our surrounding area and beyond. Since 2010 we have helped thousands of people regain their health and fitness! We are a private member based facility where each class scheduled is lead by a seasoned personal trainer. Modifications can and will be made by each instructor according to client needs. Our target market is weight loss and muscle toning so if you want to look better, feel better and be a part of a growing, supportive and active community then Stage 3 Fitness is a perfect fit.Our metabolic resistance and HITT training classes rotate between 3 days (Upper Body, Lower Body, Core & Cardio). On core and cardio days expect high heart rates, a burning core, highly functional movements and a lot of sweat! On Upper/Lower body days not only will we continue to practice and perfect functional movements and cardiovascular fitness but we will also ramp up the strength aspect (bench press/squats/dealifts/etc), slow down some of the movements and focus on form. All classes for any particular day will be the same but each day is different. The schedule here is extremely flexible ranging from 5AM to 7:30PM with 8 time in between. Each week will wrap up with a Full Body Saturday workout working everything! Closed on Sunday.Between our live heart rate monitoring, the InBody 570 (body composition measuring for goal setting and progress) and our proven nutrition system we have every tool needed for the success of our clients.
