STAMA Group is a Manchester based property development start-up founded in 2012. Within last four years the company grew fast and completed 4 refurbishment and residential conversion projects with combined GDV value of £10 mil. In the current pipeline STAMA has projects of £40m GDV. Our current management team is comprised of enthusiastic young people of differing backgrounds and 7 different nationalities. This international blend of our people; architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers and administrators enables us to be unique and innovative in our own specific way in terms of architectural design, procurement and management solutions. This ability allows us to increase our projects customer value of yet maximise the return on our investment.In 2016 we entered into a strategic partnership with the Property Alliance Group (Alliance), one of the UK's leading property development, investment and asset-management groups. STAMA has gained recognition and is becoming respected player within the property industry in Greater Manchester. We are well positioned to maintain continuous growth for the future and we are actively looking for new opportunities where other can't see them.
