The STAND Movement is an organization dedicated to providing leadership training and community service opportunities to students who want to make a difference for Christ.Our mission is to:-Provide hands on student leadership training-Serve others through local outreach projects-Allow students to connect and fellowshipThe STAND Movement does more than simply providing community service projects or leadership training. The network we provide for Christian students to fellowship and share ideas makes this such a powerful movement because it allows people to unite together for a common goal. There is power in unity, and by bringing together so many passionate student leaders, the difference they can make together and as individuals is incredible.Our hands on, involved approach allows for students to make key decisions on their own while receiving guidance from experienced leaders.Our leadership team based in Houston, Texas is made up of people with different backgrounds, experiences and talents who came together to unite for a common goal: To help students make a difference and find their calling while advancing the kingdom of God. We each have ministry experience and a passion for God, and we love being able to bless others with what God has given us.
