Grant's story is one of triumph in adversity, where following a diagnosis of bipolar disorder, he used surfing a a key to his mental health recovery. In 2013, he decided to go surfing in fancy dress to start conversations about mental health, which evidently kickstarted a global movement called Fluro Friday.
