My name is Sherry L. Kinsella and I recently left a 5+ year position as a Title Curative Paralegal with a large RI Title & Escrow Company to venture out and create Standard Title Services. Prior to working for this company, I was an Independent Abstractor, Paralegal, Loan Officer and Contractor giving me a total of 13 years experience in Real Estate Title, refinancing, purchasing, insuring and resolving title issues as well as witness closings in RI.I have worked with many national Title Insurance underwriters as well as many Law Firms & Title Companies not only in RI & MA, but in other states as well.Prior contracts have included being an Easement Specialist for National Grid and GIS/Mapping assistant to the Town of Burrillville, RI Our staff is uniquely qualified to service your Title Search needs in RI and MA as well as RI Mobile Notary Closings and Specialty Services including legal documents and title curative work. We also offer searches in other states as well. **Mobile Notary services 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. – 7 days a week** We are dedicated to reaching higher standards in the Title industry at reasonable rates and are E&O insured.
