Investment Objectives - The principal investment objective of the Stanford Capital Partners High Yield Fund, LLC. (the Fund) is to provide current income by investing primarily in fixed-income high yield mortgages. The Fund invests in high-quality underwritten issues focusing on income-generating residential properties and commercial assets with positive cash flow. The Fund will target investments with six-month to seven-year maturities for yield, and one- to five-year maturities for liquidity purposes.Our high yield income Fund offers guaranteed annual interest payments throughout the life of the partnership. The Purpose of the Fund - With a focus on advantageous equity positions when securing loans, the Fund's core strategy is to make intelligent, carefully researched investments in properties that are underleveraged and are cash flow strong.
