Hi everyone! My name is Stanley and I am a sports photographer based out of Vancouver, BC. I am currently in my first year of university, studying Kinesiology at UBC. My photography journey started with a simple high school project, and the most basic camera you can find. It grew from something that I had to hand in for school to something I absolutely enjoy doing. I love being right in the middle of the action, witnessing history being made, and most importantly, capturing moments for athletes. My goal for photography is to capture a photograph that tells a story; a photograph that shows emotion coming out of the player, and a photograph that can be remembered forever. To me, photography is not about who has the best camera or lens, it's about how you can bring out the best with the resources you have. When I look at the photos I took years ago, I hope I can re-live that special moment right from the photograph, and share the memories with others.
