STANLY HEALTH FOUNDATION is a non-profit organization in Albemarle, NC. The Foundation partners with Atrium Health Stanly to improve the health of the community through a variety of grants and programs. These include a free mammogram program, scholarships for disease management programs, support of both the Butterfly House children's advocacy center and the JPM Community Care Clinic for the uninsured, and the school-based Passport to Health program, to name a few. These programs and more are made possible by our generous donors and community sponsors.
