Dear Sir,Effective 1st September I am no longer conduct and manage Food handling training for ship's cook and steward in BOTC (Blue Ocean Training Center) klender, in order to improve the quality of food handling training for catering staff according MLC 2006 I would like to direct and Conduct training in STAR JAKARTA that located in SMESCO UKM Building 10th Floor,Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto Kav.94 Jakarta Selatan,Jakarta,Indonesia,12780Our improvement are:1.For Cook and Steward Training and Certification we collaborate with one of national tourism with national education ministry license.2.For Food Handling Training we collaborate with SEAMEO-RECFON South East Asian Minister Of Education Organization Regional Center for Food and Nutrition the WHO under bow,and Also we still using An Australian Food safety Modul I'M ALERT.3.We provide free 1 night dormitory for training participant who need it due the length of training (two days).4.we are giving for free of charge the food thermometer to the cook trainee participant.6.Shuttle pick-up service for minimum group of five from and to training place from or to the manning office.
