Today the company provides following services , and we anticipate the portfolio will be expanded in the future. • New building brokering (STS has contact with more than 200 shipyards within china), technical support during contract negotiation for new buildings, Advisory to special financial Chinese trading houses and local banks. • STS is able to provide site technical supervision during the construction of new vessels, drydockings and major conversions. STS is currently providing this service for supervision of a series of chemical tankers.• Consultancy services - currently the company holding more than 20 years of experiences on and managerial level within the maritime industry (in and outside China).• Holding export and Import license which providing purchase and sourcing services mainly within the marine industry as per today. Further, special agreements can be provided for ship-owners who is building vessels in China and need to source spare parts and materiel in China subsequently and after delivery of the vessel(s).• Holding exclusiv dock/repair agreement with the Cosco Group, China for Denmark only.• Port agencies services in Zhoushan, such as layup and assistance with local authorities within China.
